8 (1-oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate 3 tbsp butter or margarine 1 (14-oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk) 2 cups biscuit baking mix 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup (6-oz) peanut butter flavored chips 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate and butter with the sweetened Condensed Milk; remove from heat. Add biscuit mix, egg and vanilla; with mixer, beat until smooth and well-blended. 2. Let mixture cool to room temperature. Stir in peanut butter chips. Shape into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheets. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until tops are lightly crusty. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
