1 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs 1/3 (2/3 stick) butter or margarine, melted 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flaked coconut, toasted 1 cup chopped almonds, toasted 1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk)
* 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted, may be substituted.
1. Preheat oven to 375. Line 9 inch square pan with foil. In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Sprinkle crust with coconut and almonds; pour condensed milk evenly over surface.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Cut into squares. Store covered at room temperature.
Makes 16 squares
Prep Time; 10 minutes Bake Time; 30-37 minutes
